Terms of Service

The game

Word Heist is provided by The Web Design Hub. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play. Don't reverse-engineer the game, scrape the service, or use bots to post results.

Purchases

Mastermind is a one-time purchase tied to your account (or device, until you sign in). Mastermind Club is a subscription that renews monthly or yearly until you cancel in the billing portal; cancelling stops future charges and your benefits continue to the end of the paid period. Consumables (Rewinds, Streak Freezes, Tool Crates) are delivered immediately and aren't refundable once used. Prices are in US dollars and may change; we'll honour the price shown at checkout.

Refunds: if a purchase didn't deliver, email devteam@thewebdesignhub.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund policy.

Conduct

Crew names, club names and custom jobs are visible to others. Keep them free of harassment, hate, and sexual content. We may rename or remove anything that breaks this, and may suspend accounts that cheat the leaderboard.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature we'll offer a fair remedy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
